Silk’oreography will teach you how to express yourself and dance your heart out!
More than just executing technique, in this intensive course you’ll be working on
creativity, flow, dance and musicality!

We’ll create a choreography, focusing on two different aspects: body expression – learning how to apply your personal expression to a certain move/trick making it your own, and effort management – learning how to combine dynamic, power and resting movements/figures in order to prolong your endurance while in the air.

ATTENTION: This is an intermediate/advanced course: participants must be comfortable with
inverts and being in the air for a few minutes.
