Join our 4 weeks intensive training – INTRO TO SILKS, specially designed for those who already have great body conditioning and awareness and aim to start their aerial journey!
In this intensive you’ll learn all the silks foundations. Starting with climbs, foot locks, hip locks – learn tricks and sequencing them up. Building up strength and body awareness in the air to be able to invert and perform simple
drops.
It’s gonna be intense, sweaty and challenging but you’ll surely have a BLAST.
